Naomi's litigation experience includes:
- Representing strata corporations and strata lot owners in large construction defect claims
- Representing strata corporations and strata lot owners in condominium disputes, governance issues and collections matters
- Representing employees and employers in wrongful termination disputes
- Representing individuals and companies in commercial disputes
- Representing current and former owners of contaminated sites
Naomi has represented strata corporations, strata lot owners, companies and individuals. She has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial Court.
Naomi is the chairperson of Lesperance Mendes' Civil Litigation Group. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association's construction and insurance law sections.
While a student at UBC Law, Naomi completed an externship at the British Columbia Provincial Court and was a member of the Law Students' Legal Advice Program.
Prior to joining Lesperance Mendes in 2010, Naomi articled at a large national law firm in Vancouver.

- Naomi co-authored a paper entitled Case Law Update – Section 164: Preventing or Remedying Unfair Acts for the April 2011 Continuing Legal Education Society conference on Strata Property Law
- In 2010, Naomi drafted submissions to the Ministry of Attorney-General on a proposal to shorten limitation periods that would prejudice homeowners throughout the Province.
- Naomi has published several articles in the Condominium Home Owners Association newsletter.
